More information on the new key lines of enquiry (KLOE's) that inspectors will be following in rating care providers.
It should be clearer to providers, more exactly what is expected of them; and what steps (eg. staff re-training) they need to take to ensure a higher rating.

Patients First have warned that a 'culture of fear'
amongst NHS staff still persists. A 70-case dossier highlights instances of:

- mismanagement of complaints
- professional, personal, and financial loss.
It seems that the much publicised 'duty of candour'
is not rigidly being adhered to.
